Digital strategy consultingStrategy & Transformation

Know what to change, why it matters and where to start.

Good strategy is mostly a set of hard choices. We help leadership teams make them: what to change, what to leave alone, and what sequence gives you the best chance of it actually happening. Digital strategy consulting and technology advisory, grounded in how your organisation really works.

Talk about strategy

Sound familiar?

Problems we hear

  • “We know we need to modernise. We don't know where to start.”

  • “Every department has its own list of projects, and they all say they're urgent.”

  • “We've spent a lot on technology and can't point to what it changed.”

  • “Our strategy says 'digital' but nobody can tell me what that means on Monday.”

  • “We're not sure our operating model still fits the organisation we've become.”

What we do

Know what to change, why it matters and where to start.

Direction
Digital strategy, technology strategy and roadmaps grounded in how your organisation actually works. Short enough to read, specific enough to act on.
Diagnosis
Digital maturity assessment, operating model review and a clear-eyed look at the systems you already pay for. We find what is working before recommending anything new.
Prioritisation
A structured way to weigh value, effort, risk and readiness across competing initiatives, so the roadmap reflects evidence rather than whoever argued loudest.
Advisory
Ongoing counsel for executives and boards as decisions come up, from vendor selection to investment cases.

Typical engagements

How this work is usually shaped

Illustrative. Examples of how an engagement is typically shaped, not client stories.

  1. 01

    Digital roadmap

Interviews, systems review and prioritisation workshops, ending in a sequenced roadmap with owners and decision points.

  2. 02

    Operating model review

How work, roles, decisions and systems fit together today, and a practical design for how they should.

  3. 03

    Technology investment review

What you own, what is used, what overlaps and where to consolidate before buying anything else.

How we engage

  1. UnderstandConversations across leadership and the front line, plus a review of systems, spend and existing plans.
  2. PrioritiseOpportunities ranked with you, not for you, using criteria your leadership agrees on.
  3. DesignA roadmap and target operating model with scope, sequence and ownership.
  4. Implement and embedWhere you want it, we stay on to support delivery and governance of the roadmap.

What changes

A shared view of what to change, a sequence everyone can follow and the confidence to say no to the rest.

  • Leadership agrees on what matters most and why.
  • The organisation can see a realistic sequence, not a wish list.
  • Investment decisions have a clear rationale.
  • There is permission to stop doing things that no longer serve the strategy.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a strategy document we could write ourselves?

Often you could, and we will say so. What we add is an outside view, a method for making hard trade-offs and the time to talk to the people who do the work. The result is usually shorter and more specific than an internal document, because the choices have already been made.

Do you recommend particular vendors or products?

We don't start with a product in mind, and we don't resell software. If a product is the right answer we'll help you choose it. If the right answer is a tool you already own, we'll say that too.

What do you need from our leadership team?

Time for honest conversations early on, a willingness to make choices and someone who owns the outcome internally. We keep the demands on your people proportionate to the size of the problem.

Do you stay involved after the strategy is agreed?

If you want us to. We can support implementation or provide ongoing advisory, or you can take the roadmap and run with it. Either is fine, as long as someone is accountable for delivery.
